Catering Services
Columbia College Catering is committed to providing solutions for all your special events. As the exclusive foodservice provider Sodexo is capable of handling simple coffee breaks to elaborate banquet dinners. As no two events are identical it is our desire to work with you individually to meet and exceed your expectations. Below are some general guidelines to give a feel of what’s available and what to plan for in your budget.
Guidelines Generally table cloths are included for the food and beverage tables. Linen for registration, DJ, speaker, and guest dining tables is not included. We will be happy to rent cloths for you at $7.00 per cloth. Generally most events include disposable Styrofoam cups, plates, etc… Events that require upscale hard clear plastic plates generally cost an additional $1.75 per person. Events on China increase the price about $4.00 per person to cover handling and dishwashing. Style of service plays a major role in the cost of your event. Boxed Lunches are least expensive, with buffets being a little more, and plated meals being the highest. When calling to plan your event please give us as much notice as possible. Events with less than 72 hours notice are subject to a premium as we may not have the stock on hand to accommodate. Events that are canceled less than 48 hours prior will be billed at 50%.
