The Food Court offers all the comforts of a home cooked meal along with a variety of cutting edge American entrees, ethnically inspired foods, vegetarian selections and lots more.
Diners can choose from different stations serving entrees and veggies, pizza, deli, stir fry, grill and desserts, as well as a 60 item salad bar. There's also a breakfast station offering six kinds of cereal, bagels, muffins, doughnuts and "make your own waffles."

- Soup & Salads
Freshly made soups,
chowders and chili are served piping hot and with appropriate
toppings. Create your own salad at lunch and dinner. Fresh
mixed greens, charcuterie salads, a variety of fruit and
vegetable selections, dry toppings, and all your favorite
salad dressings.

This is where we feature some of the new trends in dining.
Foods will be prepared in front of you featuring authentic
flavor profiles from around the world.
- Entrée
Wholesome meals based on your traditional favorites.
Here you will find a well rounded meal including
quality meats (if appropriate, carved to order), flavored
mashed potatoes, and your favorite vegetables. Vegetarian
items will also be offered at this station during lunch and
dinner. To start your day, a traditional breakfast will
be served at this station.
- Breakfast Bar
Featuring a variety of breakfast
cereals, bagels, toast and hot waffles with all the appropriate
toppings.

- Healthy Choices
We encourage all students to establish healthy dietary patterns, but
we recognize that needs vary from person to person. Accordingly, we seek to provide
a range of offerings, including choices low in fat and low in calories. Nutritional
information for each entrée is posted at the entrance and serving station.
The choice is up to you.
- Deli
Check out our variety of thin sliced deli meats,
cheeses, and sandwich salad items. All are served on a variety of specialty breads
and with a variety of chips and a pickle.
- Pizza
The best pizza made hot and fresh with your favorite toppings including a vegetarian
pizza selection.
- Beverages
Carbonated soft drinks, iced tea, fruit juices,
hot coffee and teas-both with decaf selections are offered
at each meal.
- Desserts
Offering a tempting selection of freshly baked cakes, pies, cookies, hot
cobblers, puddings, fresh fruit, and other treats. A perfect way to end
your satisfying meal.

Located on the second level of the Student
Union, The Terrace Café is a coffee bar serving
latte, expresso, mocha, and cappuccino, and other specialty
Starbucks coffees. The café also features subs, pannini's,
wraps, soups, salads and fresh desserts and pastries.
Board meal exchange for a cash equivalency is available at the Terrace Café. Students will not be allowed to enter Food Court after using meal plan equivalency at Terrace Café during the same meal period. The meal plan equivalency amounts are $3.25 for breakfast and $4.50 for lunch or dinner.
The combo specials are cost out to reflect this price. There will be no substitutes made for any items on the combo specials. If you wish to have a larger drink or a different side item this voids the combo special and ala carte prices will be applied. |
